50 Years in the Mountains

The Christian Appalachian Project (CAP) is excited to announce the premiere of “50 Years in the Mountains: The Story of the Christian Appalachian Project”. Actor Martin Sheen narrates this documentary, which tells our story from the beginning, when Reverend Ralph Beiting founded CAP, through the 50 years of growth and humanity that have brought us to where we are today.

With support and kindness from CAP’s donors, we were able to touch the lives of nearly 50,000 people in need in Appalachia last year by providing food for the hungry and clothes for the less fortunate, visiting the sick, and providing shelter from the storm.
