Thanks to your loving generosity, Alice — who lives in a remote part of Appalachia — is never truly alone. Your support allows CAP’s Elderly Services case workers to visit her regularly, offering rides to medical appointments or the grocery store, help with errands, and most importantly, companionship.

Because of you, Alice can also attend special CAP events that help her reconnect with friends and feel part of a caring community. She’s deeply grateful for the chance to socialize and be surrounded by people who care.

Your kindness made all the difference during a particularly difficult time. When CAP’s annual Elderly Services Christmas celebration had to be canceled due to a flu outbreak, your support allowed staff and volunteers to bring the holiday spirit directly to seniors’ homes. Dressed in festive attire, they visited each participant — including Alice — bringing joy, hugs, and heartfelt connection.
