What are you going to do after you leave?

One phenomenon of being a long-term CAP volunteer is that mysterious time after your service term. A few months before it approaches, questions like "What are you doing after you leave?" and "When do you leave?" become commonplace. Well, this week, I was finally able to answer these questions. I have decided to remain with CAP for a second year as a volunteer. When I think about the many reasons I have come to this decision, I would say the main reason is I just don't think I'm finished here. As I was looking at jobs and opportunities, I began coming back to ways God could use me even more during another year at CAP. After a year of learning the community and doing all the must-see's, now I can really dig in and find specific ways in and outside of CAP where I can best serve. I realize this decision is personal to me, not everyone can and should make this commitment. But I'm excited to meet all the new volunteers who come to CAP this year and for the ways God is going to teach and use me.

Also, we had been asked about the volunteer houses- here is the link to pictures of the houses....at least from the outside....they are each unique in their own way....
