Jake Horn knows firsthand what a lasting impact your generosity has. CAP has been a part of his life since he was just a 6-year-old camper at one of CAP’s summer camps. Over the years, he found confidence and purpose through CAP’s youth and leadership programs. 

Today, Jake helps seniors stay safe, warm, and dry by building wheelchair ramps and repairing homes. Though he started with little experience, he now leads construction projects, training younger volunteers in the process.

“CAP has made me more caring and confident,” he said. “It’s taught me to be true to myself and part of something bigger.” Seeing CAP’s impact every day, Jake says: “We couldn’t do this without donors. Their support makes everything possible.”
