Community Volunteering

Community volunteering is geared towards Kentucky residents who live in the areas surrounding CAP’s facilities and are not able to dedicate specified lengths of time to volunteering. Because they can offer their time during the week as they can, whether it is two hours a week or ten hours a week, this is perfect for people of all walks of life. Any kind of help offered is appreciated and rewarding!

To be considered as a community volunteer, participants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Must be able to transport themselves to and from CAP
• Complete volunteer application requirements plus three personal references and a criminal records check
• Personal interview with Volunteer Program manager(s)
