The Disaster Relief program is recognized, trained by, or is a member of the following organizations:

Instrumental in the formation of and members of the Eastern Kentucky Long Term Recovery Coordinating Committee (EKLTRCC). EKLTRCC has helped more than 600 families return to their “pre-disaster conditions.”
Member of the KyVOAD (Kentucky Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters)
Part of the K.O.I.N. (Kentucky Outreach Information Network)
Active with NCORP (National Community on Readiness and Preparedness)
Our Disaster Relief Program is also NIMS compliant (National Incident Management Systems)
Received commission of Kentucky Colonels from Governor Ernie Fletcher for the relief work provided to hurricane Katrina survivors
Participate in local and regional disaster exercises and planning of LERPs (Local Emergency Response Planning)
Trained in mass care sheltering
Trained forklift operators
