Corporate Donations

Each year, in-kind donations are received from approximately 125 corporations from across the country and are accepted at the Corbin or Hagerhill warehouse. CAP’s Human Service programs use some of the goods, saving much-needed dollars that can be better utilized to provide help for program participants. Additionally, CAP has partners with more than 1,800 churches, schools and community service organizations to redistribute these resources to those in need in out-of-state areas.

The 2006 fiscal year was an outstanding one:

1,041 agencies were served through the Corbin warehouse
754 agencies were served through the Hagerhill warehouse
A record 2,232,360 people were assisted
1,048 full truckloads of supplies were received
A record $91,510,237.41 of in-kind gifts were received
