Hands-On Change. For Good.

Operation Relief Responds to Florida Tornado Devastation

A team of more than 20 CAP-Operation Relief volunteers and staff are on the way to aid the victims suffering from the devastating tornadoes that recently ravaged several areas of central Florida.

The first Operation Sharing truckload of urgently needed supplies will arrive the weekend of February 17. Two additional semi-trailer loads are scheduled to arrive a few days later. Efforts will be in the Lake Mack community, one of the hardest-hit areas where many of the deaths occurred.

Working through the local Emergency Operations Center, the CAP-Operation Relief team is helping provide essentials like food, water, clothing, batteries and bedding to those in dire need.

The Operation Relief team will also help replace and repair damaged homes with roofs, windows, walls and insulation.

Your continued prayers and support of Operation Relief are vital and greatly appreciated.  May God bless you!
