Camp Andrew Jackson
Each year, hundreds of students participate in school-year educational programs presented by Camp Andrew Jackson.
School age children eagerly participate in the ‘hands on’ approach to learning built into all of the activities at Camp Andrew Jackson. Camp staff provide a variety of educational programs in which children learn about geography, diversity, science, problem solving, and communication.
In collaboration with the Rockcastle Youth and Teen Center, special programming on leadership development is provided throughout the year for teens.Through activities and weeklong camps, teens gain an increased awareness of their unique skills, learn effective methods of communication, and develop skills in teamwork and collaboration. >>Read More
